Recently acquired New Management and maintenance are doing many noticeable improvements. New office. Good parking,pet friendly, close to I-5 N+S. Affordable monthly lease. Nice people.

I have met the new/old manager and wow she really knows her stuff. She is professional and kind. She was out two weeks ago raking leaves and cleaning up around an empty home..woman works hard. I am giving Joni a 5 Star review. She is trying to get everyone here to live clean and right.
